His 30-year career has spanned residential, commercial, education and leisure property. Gavin’s roles have covered lettings, sales, buying, trading, management and investment.

He began working for property companies who are true leaders in their respective specialisms, before joining the prolific family office overseeing an award-winning portfolio of commercial, educational and residential properties in the UK.

At Hone, Juliet is the heartbeat behind building the brand of the future. Setting the vision, then making it a reality through the operational teams.

She has 30 years’ experience with industry leaders across the leisure, health and wellness, hospitality, property management and leasing sectors, with 15 of those years focussed across PBSA, Co-Living, BTR and BTS.

Juliet has a deep-routed passion and commitment for pulling together highly successful teams that thrive in customer experience driven environments.

As an MBA trained Accountant and Auditor, Chiraag is passionate about being all over the numbers strategically and operationally.

He began his career working in established accountancy firms over a 10-year period before switching to an in-house role. This background enables him to get into the detail, before presenting back to colleagues in ways that inform robust action. And he always has a keen eye on operational efficiencies and excellence.

For Hone, this includes all financial and business analysis, forecasting and planning, alongside the day-to-day financial running of the business, including reporting and compliance.

Levii is central to the resident-facing side of Hone’s operations. He believes systems, software and processes are the backbone to great customer experience. For Hone, this includes leasing and letting, right through to leaving.

His previous roles in hotels and hospitality over 5 years have given him a superb grounding in customer facing management too.

He inspires the wider Hone Team with his humble and unflappable leadership style.

Rose is a beacon of calmness, can-do, and organisational standards at Hone. As you’d expect in her role, she has the capacity to be across everything.

She thrives in fast-moving, challenging environments. Her Sports Studies and Business Degree have paved the way for her 8 years in the commercial world, firstly in Australia then back here in the UK, most of which has been in the property sector.

Unassuming, she leads by example at work, believing “a tidy house is a tidy mind”.

Terry is a highly experienced facilities manager. From risk assessments, compliance, maintenance and upgrades, he ensures all buildings managed by Hone work as they should for everybody, both internally and externally, both the day-to-day and the future initiatives.

This means working closely with other operational teams, contractors, procurement and local authorities.  All to enhance the resident experience and protect the landlords’ interests, making it safe, secure and fulfilling.

His military background means he naturally brings a rigour, clarity and precision to his role. He’s regarded by his colleagues as the ultimate team player and a font of knowledge.
