I understand how important it is for residents to return to a clean and comfortable space and I’m dedicated to ensuring all the communal spaces are spotless. We take great pride in making every shared space as fresh and inviting as possible. Seeing Dalston Works look its best, and knowing I’ve made a difference is what motivates me every day.

Jason.
It’s a privilege to work on such a wide variety of apartments and amenities. We’re proactive; planning ongoing maintenance to avoid any issues, but we’re also on-hand should any issue arise. I approach each task with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality. Seeing the satisfaction on residents’ faces when everything is working perfectly is the most rewarding part of my job.

Chiraag.
I oversee budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, ensuring all financial decisions align with our goals for Dalston Works. This means optimising processes, identifying cost efficiencies, ensuring accuracy and planning strategically. It’s fulfilling to know that my work plays a key part in driving value for both our residents and our business.

Levii.
My sole focus at Dalston Works is to enhance the overall living experience for residents. From leasing to living, my team’s mission is to ensure that every person who interacts with Hone feels supported, creating an environment that’s welcoming, that’s comfortable and fosters a genuine sense of community.

Sara.
Whether it’s answering questions, or organising and hosting events, my goal is to create a friendly and approachable atmosphere, making it feel like home. I assist with our resident’s needs; offering guidance on building amenities and making sure they are happy in their apartments. My favourite part of the job is really getting to know our residents.

Terry.
I’m dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of the building runs seamlessly and efficiently. From overseeing maintenance, repairs and housekeeping, to managing contractor partners. I focus on creating a safe and well-maintained environment for everyone: colleagues, residents and visitors. Always trying to stay one step ahead of any potential issues.
